Picture a magical, volcanic island full of natural beauty and endless outdoor activities in a comfortable maritime subtropical climate. Often referred to as the “Hawaii of the mid-Atlantic,” the Azores are a chain of 9 volcanic islands located off the coast of Portugal - only a 4.5 hour direct flight from Boston or New York City.
What to Expect
Each day begins with a revitalizing Yoga session designed for all levels and blending deep stretch, energizing flow, meditation, and breathwork to enhance flexibility, strength, and inner calm. Beyond the mat, you'll have plenty of time to explore the island's natural beauty, join our guided excursions, explore charming historic towns, or simply relax. Whether you're seeking adventure or serenity, you can enjoy additional optional activities, rejuvenating spa treatments, and the freedom to unwind at your own pace.
