Our classes and workshops focus on integrating breath with movement, developing awareness and alignment, and increasing strength and flexibility. Teachers will offer modifications for various levels.

Our Signature Class! Strong flow class in a heated room (80-85 degrees). Be prepared to sweat and be challenged in this vigorous style of Yoga linking breath and movement through a creative, flowing sequence of Yoga postures. Modifications are given for different levels.

Rise and Shine! Awaken your senses and start the day with sun salutations and a flowing series of dynamic asanas. This invigorating Sunrise Vinyasa class will start your day on the right note! Modifications in poses for different levels.

One-hour guided inversion class focusing on handstanding and prep. All levels welcome!

Slower paced class great that is for beginners or students looking for a mindful practice focusing on correct alignment and conscious breathing, Postures will help you develop strength, balance, flexibility and increase concentration & inner calm. Ideal for all levels!

SLOW FLOW

One of our most popular classes for all levels, this dynamic class is perfect for anyone wanting to flow from posture to posture without the intensity of a Power Vinyasa class. Learn correct alignment, increase your flexibility, breathe to relax and enjoy!

Modifications are offered for different levels of students.

Happy Back Yoga helps you get the kinks out and support optimal back health taught by experienced teachers, Yoga therapists and physical therapists who bring a wealth of knowledge to the class and are big on correct alignment!

Explore poses that create space in the spine and relieve tension in the upper/lower back and neck. It's a perfect, slower-paced and alignment-based class for students looking to get relief from back pain, injury recovery and chronic conditions.

YIN YOGA & SOUND BATH

YIN YOGA & SOUND BATH

Yin Yoga is a 'quiet' practice that targets the deeper tissues of the body (fascia, ligaments, and joints) to facilitate a deep stretch & release. It's is a popular style of Yoga for any level - including athletes, Vinyasa students and also beginners!
With the help of props like bolsters and blankets, you'll be guided in floor-based poses that are held for 2-5 minutes. This practice mainly targets the hips, pelvis, knees and ankles and is a great way to feel re-aligned and flexible.
*The class will end with relaxing Sound Bath deep relaxation. Leave feeling calm, balanced and open - both physically and energetically!

Based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current (mantra), breath work (pranayams) and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. Experience a greater feeling of well-being, happiness and peace!

Slow it way down and walk away in bliss!

Restorative Yoga is a slow, healing style of Yoga that encourages deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It’s an easy, effective stress reduction method and recovery tool to counter our fast-paced lives.

Relax and replenish your body, mind and soul and find stillness in gentle stretches and soothing music in a candlelit room. Most poses are on the floor supported by props.

*Class ends with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath!
No experience needed. All levels welcome!

Relax and gentle strengthen your body, mind and soul with Senior Chair Yoga, Gentle postures at a slow pace while seated in a chair make this class suitable for most seniors. Taught off site at Home Care Assistance in La Jolla, 7521 Fay Avenue, new students please arrive 10min early.

CANCER THERAPY YOGA

CANCER THERAPY YOGA

Cancer Therapy Yoga offers inspiration, bonding and a gentle yoga experience for students diagnosed with cancer. Includes breathing exercises, slow stretches, healing yoga sequences, restorative yoga and balancing work appropriate during and after cancer treatment. Soothing music, rejuvenating postures and deep relaxation are combined to calm and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.

Prepare your body for birth and motherhood and relief the aches & pains related to pregnancy through gentle postures and stretches in a nurturing and safe environment. Taught by Vicki Abrams, co-author with Deepak Chopra, of "Magical Beginnings, Enchanted Lives," long-time Yoga teacher, childbirth educator, doula, & lactation consultant, this class allows moms-to-be to connect with each other and with their babies.
