Intermediate/Strong Flow, Heated to 80-85 degrees
VINYASA FLOW

Our Signature Class! Strong flow class in a heated room (80-85 degrees). Be prepared to sweat and be challenged in this vigorous style of Yoga linking breath and movement through a creative, flowing sequence of Yoga postures. Modifications are given for different levels.
SUNRISE VINYASA

Rise and Shine! Awaken your senses and start the day with sun salutations and a flowing series of dynamic asanas. This invigorating Sunrise Vinyasa class will start your day on the right note! Modifications in poses for different levels.
HANDSTAND PRACTICE

One-hour guided inversion class focusing on handstanding and prep. All levels welcome!
COMMUNITY CLASS

All level Vinyasa Flow class taught by graduates from our Teacher Training. Reduced fee: $5 per class.
Alignment-based, Gentle
HATHA YOGA

Slower paced class great that is for beginners or students looking for a mindful practice focusing on correct alignment and conscious breathing, Postures will help you develop strength, balance, flexibility and increase concentration & inner calm. Ideal for all levels!
HATHA FLOW

Slower paced with an element of flowing from posture to posture. Learn correct alignment, breath work, work with possible injuries, relax and enjoy! Ideal for all levels.
HAPPY BACK/WALL YOGA

Have you explored the amazing traction capabilities of our YOGA WALL yet? Happy Back Yoga helps you get the kinks out and support optimal back health taught by teachers who know their stuff and are big on correct alignment! Explore poses that create space in the spine and relieve tension in the upper/lower back and neck. All levels!
IYENGAR YOGA

Based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, gain strength and flexibility in this class through proper alignment using a variety of props. Suitable for all levels. Great for beginners, too!
Restore & Relax
KUNDALINI YOGA & MEDITATION

Based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current (mantra), breath work (pranayams) and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. Experience a greater feeling of well-being, happiness and peace!
RESTORATIVE YOGA

Slow it way down and walk away in bliss! Relax and replenish your body, mind and soul and find stillness in deep stretches and soothing music in a candlelit room. Most poses are on the floor supported by props. No experience needed.
SENIOR CHAIR YOGA

Relax and gentle strengthen your body, mind and soul with Senior Chair Yoga, Gentle postures at a slow pace while seated in a chair make this class suitable for most seniors. Taught off site at Home Care Assistance in La Jolla, 7521 Fay Avenue, new students please arrive 10min early.
CANCER THERAPY YOGA

Cancer Therapy Yoga offers inspiration, bonding and a gentle yoga experience for students diagnosed with cancer. Includes breathing exercises, slow stretches, healing yoga sequences, restorative yoga and balancing work appropriate during and after cancer treatment. Soothing music, rejuvenating postures and deep relaxation are combined to calm and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.
Specialty Classes
PRENATAL YOGA

Prepare your body for birth and motherhood and relief the aches & pains related to pregnancy through gentle postures and stretches in a nurturing and safe environment. Taught by Vicki Abrams, co-author with Deepak Chopra, of "Magical Beginnings, Enchanted Lives," long-time Yoga teacher, childbirth educator, doula, & lactation consultant, this class allows moms-to-be to connect with each other and with their babies.

Connect with your pre-crawling baby in this joyful class!
TEEN YOGA 101

Get fit and strong, improve body awareness and coordination and learn to relax through Yoga! A consistent Yoga practice can enhance your ability to concentrate, reduce stress, improve mood and feel more balanced.
