Prepare your body for birth and motherhood and relief the aches & pains related to pregnancy through gentle postures and stretches. This class allows moms-to-be to connect with themselves, each other and with their babies in a nurturing and safe environment. Learn how to use your breath as an ally and anchor that can return you to your center during pregnancy and birth.

No prior Yoga experience necessary, all levels welcome!
We recommend joining this class after your first trimester. *As with any exercise during pregnancy, please consult your doctor that it is safe for you to practice Yoga before coming to class.
